How is the delivery fee calculated?

Currently we only accept orders sent to Hong Kong via S.F. express.
i) Industrial / commercial area (a)
Basic delivery fee is HK $ 22;
ii) Non-industrial / commercial area (for example: House / remote areas and Islands District, etc.)

Basic delivery fee is HK $ 57;
iii) SF Station Pickup (c)
The delivery fee is HK $ 22.

PS:

The range of industrial/ commercial area is defined by S.F. express. If the address filled by customer is defined by SF as non-industrial/ commercial area, additional fee (b) will collected directly from the customer when the goods have been successfully delivered.
Additional fee will be charged by the courier company at the time of shipment and starts from HK$30 for the residential addresses and remote areas. Customers can call SF Express (Tel: 27300273) to consult about the actual additional fee.

If the customer selects to pick up at S.F. station, only basic shipping fee will be charged without additional fees. Customers can find at the following website for detailed address of SF Stations and fill in this address, consignee’s name as well as phone number in the shipping address column. We’ll deliver the goods to the SF station appointed by the customer. When the goods arrive at the specified SF Station, customer will be notified by SMS to pick up their goods.

How long will the delivery take?

We will arrange the shipment within two working days after the order is confirmed. After delivery, we will send the tracking number via email so that customer can track the shipment. Generally speaking, goods will arrive at the SF Station in industrial / commercial area on the next working day. The delivery time of goods sent to non-industrial/ commercial area will arrive within 5 working days. Please note that the delivery time will be affected by statutory holidays, natural disasters, traffic or the weather. (E.g., Christmas, New Year and Easter, No. 8 Gale or Storm signal, rainstorm warning signal)

Can I change shipping address after the order is confirmed?
If you find errors in profile after order confirmation, please call +852 34695611 or e-mail to enquiry@mellica.com to contact the customer service. Our service is available Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:30. If the orders have been shipped, address cannot be changed.
